Nash Triple Guarantee Program (NTGP)

Remodeling and renovation services begin with the first step of the Nash Triple Guarantee Program which is our system that informs our clients of what to expect, from the first phone call, to final acceptance of the completed project.

Step One: Introduction
Following your phone call, an acknowledgement letter, along with our company brochure is sent to you (that day)! Your contact and project information is then forwarded to one of our project consultants, who will then schedule a meeting with you (after you have had time to review our brochure). We arrive on schedule. We shake hands, sit down, and review your needs and goals.
Step Two: The Design Phase (if needed)
By following the Nash Interactive Design Process (NIDP) and incorporating your needs and wants, we develop a computer generated schematic design. If you have plans already, we work just as well with your architect. For projects that require less detail, we provide a work description, complete with pricing.
Step Three: Our Recommendations
We provide recommendations based on existing conditions, the design intent, or selected products. Additionally, we introduce you to green alternatives that can be implemented into your project.
Step Four: The Pre-Construction Phase
Following contract ratification, we review with you the construction schedule and required owner selections list for your approval. We then introduce you to the project team members and provide you with a contact sheet with cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Construction work hours are reviewed, along with dumpster location, temporary protection, daily cleaning, company policies and procedures, your special needs and what you can expect throughout the construction process.
Step Five: The Construction Phase
As the construction work begins and the design begins to take shape, the project is monitored daily and the construction schedule is updated weekly.
Step Six: The Walk-Through Phase
At substantial completion, we walk the project through with you and prepare a punch list for any outstanding items, product defects, or additional work. We immediately pursue and complete the project punch list items in it entirety, as promised.
Step Seven: The Follow-Up
Following completion, we provide you with the project manual, complete with warranties, finish schedule, submittals and a contact sheet of all suppliers. Additionally, we want to hear what you have to say about our performance so we can continue to improve and meet the demands of our clients.
Step Eight: The Nash Triple Guarantee
The final step in our Nash Triple Guarantee Program is our (3) year warranty that begins at substantial completion. All defects in faulty workmanship are covered in our warranty and will be repaired.
