Then, our national award winning design team will work with you, personally, to develop the design that works best for you and blends with your existing home. With our computer generated interactive design program, we capture the existing conditions of your home and then we build the model right before your eyes. Here we run what-if scenarios, place furniture, change the view from 2-D into a 3-D or run a virtual tour where you can watch your dreams come to life.
To guarantee your renovation/remodeling project goes exactly as planned and is completed as promised, we assign the project team best suited for your project. This team includes a project manager (who is responsible for selecting and awarding subcontractors, updating the construction schedule, ordering materials, tracking owner selections, and ensuring the quality of construction) and a project superintendent (who is responsible for the project layout, execution of daily construction, subcontractor management and quality control). To assure communication lines are not compromised, a preconstruction meeting is held on site. Here we review with you the construction schedule, the owner selections, the process of communication, and any special needs and concerns you may have.
All Nash projects are assigned a team who will work with you throughout the entire project. All of the work performed by Nash Construction is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for three years from the original date of installation.
